It's okay to not be okay.
I recognize that there are times when you really need someone to talk to about the stress of life. As such, I want to use this space to give ideas of where you can get help. If you are in need of emergency services and experiencing a crisis that puts you or others at risk for harm, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. You can also call the 24-hour National Suicide Prevention Hotline at 1-800-273-TALK (8255).
Here are some resources for mental health directories and agencies that may be of help. Inclusion on this site does not represent an endorsement of services or that you can expect quality services rendered for your specific issue. Inclusion also does not imply that they will have availability for immediate scheduling. Take the time to make sure you have a good fit for your mental wellness goals.
